Our Delivery Policy for local deliveries 

We love nothing more than getting our hampers safely into the hands of your loved ones, filled with beautiful local produce and ready to be enjoyed. To help make sure everything runs smoothly, here’s how our deliveries work:

When We Deliver

We’re on the road Monday through Saturday, delivering between 9am and 3pm.

Where We Deliver

From our farm at Mooloolah Valley, we deliver right across the Sunshine Coast – from Glasshouse to Noosa and throughout the hinterland. Please check our delivery postcodes and suburbs in the FAQ

Order cutoffs

We offer next day delivery, excluding Sundays for orders placed before 12am.

What We Need From You

When you’re ordering a gift, please give us:

• The correct delivery address (including unit/house numbers)

• The recipient’s phone number

• A time window when they’re likely to be home (within our delivery hours)

This helps us make sure your hamper arrives fresh and straight into the right hands.

Hampers with Refrigerated Goodies

Some of our hampers include refrigerated or perishable items. For these, it’s really important that someone is home to receive them.

• If no one is available, we’re unable to leave the hamper at the door.

• A second delivery fee will be charged for re-delivery, or you’re welcome to arrange pickup from our farm stall.

Hampers Without Refrigerated Items

If your hamper doesn’t contain perishables, and no one is home, we’ll do our best to leave it in a safe, shaded spot at the driver’s discretion.

 

Australia-Wide Shipping delivery policy

We also ship a selection of our hampers via Australia Post, so you can send a little taste of the Sunshine Coast, further afield.

Order Cut-Off

Orders placed by 12pm AEST will be dispatched the same business day.

We ship Monday to Friday.

• $10 Standard Shipping – via Australia Post Parcel Post

• Same state: Metro – up to 2 business days | Country – up to 5 business days

• Interstate: Metro – 3–6 business days | Country – timing depends on location

• Express Shipping – Flat Rate $15

• Sent via Australia Post Express Post

• Next business day delivery available within the Australia Post Express network

Tracking

Once your hamper is dispatched, you’ll receive an Australia Post tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Redelivery fees

If your order is returned to us due to incorrect delivery address, a re-shipping fee will be charged before the hamper is resent.
