Can I gift a hamper to a friend/family member?

Absolutely! We'll even write a note from you to include in the hamper. Please leave the note details at the checkout. 

Because almost every hamper contains refrigerated items, someone needs to be home to accept the hamper. Please provide the contact number of the recipient so we can arrange a time or alternatively, please provided a time for us to deliver. We are very discreet when it comes to contacting the recipient to arrange a time to deliver. We don't give away the gifting surprise!

What times do you deliver?

We start our deliveries from 9am through to 3pm for non-accommodation orders.

If you are sending a breakfast hamper as a gift, please note it will be delivered after 9am. Ordering it to be delivered the day before a special occasion ie. a birthday may be more suitable for the recipient.

Orders for accommodations, holiday homes and private rentals are delivered between 10:30am-2pm to fit in with guest check ins and outs. If you require a specific delivery time, please leave this in the notes section of the checkout.

Alcohol in Gift Hampers

Q: Can an under-18-year-old purchase a gift hamper that contains alcohol?

A: Absolutely not. Individuals under the age of 18 are prohibited by law from purchasing alcohol, whether directly or as part of a packaged product such as a gift hamper. Gift hampers containing alcohol may only be purchased by persons who are 18 years of age or older.

Q: Can the person receiving the gift hamper also be the purchaser?

A: No. In the case of gift hampers that include alcohol, the purchaser and the recipient must be different individuals. The inclusion of alcohol is only lawful where:

  • purchaser is at least 18 years of age (or the legal minimum age in the jurisdiction); and
  • recipient is not the person who placed the order; and
  • as a genuine gift.


Q: Is there a statement I must agree to when purchasing a hamper containing alcohol?

A: Yes. At the point of sale, purchasers will be required to declare that:

“I am at least 18 years of age and am not purchasing this product on behalf of or for delivery to a person under the age of 18 years.”

Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the order and reporting to the relevant authorities.

How does my order get delivered to my accommodation?

We liaise with your accommodation prior to your arrival to organise a time to deliver your hamper. Please fill out the accommodation name, address and phone number at the checkout. 

Will my hamper be at the accommodation when I arrive?

We deliver accommodation between 10am-2pm and our aim is always to have your produce waiting at your accommodation before check-in. If check-in is prior to 2pm, please let us know at the time of ordering.

Where do you leave my hamper?

We will always leave your hamper inside the accommodation with cold food placed in the fridge/freezer and shelf stable items left on the bench. 

Do you offer refunds / returns?

Refund Policy for locally delivered hampers

We offer full refunds for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date and time.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you need to cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled delivery, please contact us—we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
