HOW IT STARTED
With a shared love of great food, we’re Bree and Joel, a husband-and-wife team both with management backgrounds and 15 years of hospitality experience.
During a recent holiday to Bruny Island with our children, we fell in love with the local food culture and we were thrilled to discover how many amazing artisans lived & produced in one small area. We spent our second day driving the island picking up all our food essentials – cheese, milk, sourdough, oysters, salami, honey and coffee. Once we were back at the Air Bnb and feasting by the fire, the idea for The Little Farmhouse Pantry was born. Chatting and eating, we thought how wonderful it would be if we could source and pack all the delicious food the Sunshine Coast produces in one box and deliver it straight to Sunshine Coast holiday makers.
And so The Little Farmhouse Pantry was born.
