We offer full refunds for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date and time.
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled delivery, please contact us—we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Refund & Replacement Policy for shipped hampers
We take great care in packaging our hampers to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if your hamper arrives damaged or broken, please follow the steps below so we can resolve the issue promptly:
1. Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the hamper.
2. Provide photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging to help us assess the issue.
3. Contact us via email or phone with your order details.
Once we’ve reviewed your claim, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation and your preference.
