Gluten free and organic white sourdough loaf. Baked my Georgie, The Sourdough Mumma at her Glenview micro bakery.

Gluten free sourdough starter
flours: rice, sorghum, buckwheat, potato, tapioca
psyllium husk
flaxseed
honey 
olive oil 
salt
